YOUR OPPORTUNITYThe Order to Cash Senior Dispute Analyst, reports directly to the OTC Team Lead in support of its mission to leverage resources on a global scale using shared services to reduce costs, maintain or increase customer service, and build new capabilities. Responsibilities include the delivery of best-in-class OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements. This role will implement and execute process strategies within the following broad functional areas: Disputes and Collections.   • WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Prioritize deductions and disputed invoices so that Customer Service and Rebates teams can generate credit notes based on the AR impact.
  • Provide visibility on trends related to Dispute Reasons, Root Causes and impacted customers
  • Execute the dispute process cycle (customer contact, escalations, and prioritization) to accelerate the dispute resolution to reduce DSO and overdue percentage
  • Follow up with the Customer Service Team and Rebates to make sure SLA’s for are fulfilled for Dispute resolution
  • Ensure all deductions have an assigned dispute
  • Ensure a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of a database with the most relevant information about customers and the handling of disputes
  • Influence the markets to follow the correct procedures and policies throughout training and a constant communication
  • Updating and maintenance of reason codes in SAP
  • Consistently meet, or exceed Service Level Agreements
  • Ad-hoc requests from Team Lead & Supervisor

Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Business and OTC process knowledge (deduction handling related to rebates and disputes is preferred) and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using SAP platform
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple markets
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Languages: Advanced Spanish, English (85% - 90%)
