Position summary: This is a senior level position under the Supplier Master Data Team which main activities require previous robust experience and knowledge on the role. It requires high sense of judgement and decision making as it involves SOX audit control execution, deeper analysis on cases escalated for resolution. This role also requires the Sr. Analyst to work on different projects assigned to the team. This person has good communication skills to lead these projects and support the Team Supervisor** when needed

Prepare Supplier Master Data controls for all Divisions adhering to SOX rules including documentation, IPE, follow up and investigation.

Support the creation and approval of records Perform data quality checks
-
Identify and correct minor issues with the processes or tools in a timely and collaborative manner
-
Work in different ad hoc projects i.e. Coupa, DPO, Supply Chain Finance, 1099 process, and any other project related to Supplier Master Data Management.

Audit Support: Walk through’s, sampling delivery, follow up meetings.

Generate ad hoc Master Data reports

Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access

Train team members on how to submit master data changes
-
Assist in training/testing for users that need to submit master data changes

Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP

Performs other related work as assigned by management such VMD Projects What you need :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field or relevant experience.

Proficient in Excel. Experienced with MS Office. Oracle or SAP knowledge a plus

Fluent English speaker. Able to interact in English with customers in business environment (both spoken and written).
