The Accounts Receivable Analyst for Collections ’ major functions include managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, responding to correspondence, and making telephone contacts to ensure timely invoice payment, follow-up, and account resolution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work on the collection strategy to ensure all accounts are tracked properly to obtain promises to pay, organize and prioritize customer calls regularly to maximize collections on the largest customers/invoices, based on established KPIs and SLAs.

  • Able to jointly interact with the commercial area to achieve organizational targets

  • Address and follow up disputes on time with the respective area.

  • Maintain relevant systems, collection calls, and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details, promises to pay, and/or any other relevant information related to the collection effort.

  • Work disputes, investigate and initiate queries with customers on time to resolve unpaid balances, based on established KPIs and SLAs.

  • Responds to telephone or email inquiries, and assist in solving questions related to the status of the customer´s account according to the SLA.

  • Getting Invoices from customers uploaded into their web portals and quality checks of them .

Key requirements:

  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).

  • Technical High School degree in Accounting or an advanced Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable Collections position in a Shared Service Center, proven ability to negotiate with sales/customers, data analysis of credit reports, and order management processes.

  • Highly preferred ERP (SAP) and intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables).
