Job Description : Position Summary

The Master data analyst is responsible for completing, creating and maintaining the master database (Vendor, Customer, Reconciliation Account) Business Service Center. Completing daily Master tasks and the accountant will ensure that processes are followed using the standard procedures.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Completing daily tasks which could including any of the following:

  • Master Data Maintenance Tasks.

  • Month and Year end close support when needed

  • KPI and metrics calculation

  • Issue Management

  • Process new customer / vendor / reconciliation account requests

  • Upload documentation to different portals

  • Generate work-plans to meet targets and manage workload balances

  • Provide customer/ vendor support through (e -mail) process through training, skill acquisition and continuous improvement.

  • Performs all assigned quality checks functions accurately and timely to meet targets.

  • Provide support to global projects through job shadowing, transaction testing and documenting.

  • Provide support in audit process & Quality checks.

  • Complete KPI metrics, according to the SLA.

  • Support the organization by using the Continuous Improvement Philosophy (CIP)

  • Work in a team environment, which involves collaboration and use of team-based methods and tools.

  • Identify issues on a timely manner and provide visibility to the management team when something is going to affect negatively the targets.

  • Participate to status and planning meetings related to projects or new implementations.

  • Attend and/or contribute on trainings to the internal customers.

  • Attend and/or contribute on trainings to the new colleagues in the team.

  • Responsible to escalate problems related to performance of the available tools for the daily work (SAP, SSF, OTRS and other lookup issues, among others).

  • Support on standardization, automation and enhancement projects, this require providing status, setting up meetings, and meeting deadlines.

  • Attend meetings on behalf of the supervisor when needed.

  • In charge of daily distribution work.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, other career related)
  • Computer skills including MS Office (Excel)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Solomon -plus-, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience within the accounting area.
  • Experience in a shared service center preferred.
  • English level B2+
