  • Finance and Value Management: The IT LAO B2B Business Partner will define a portfolio of investment initiatives inclusive of value proposition, and prioritize investment portfolio for the region; Partner in prioritizing across Global KCP and Kimberly-Clark DTS; Enforce a value centric conversation; Build metrics that focus on outcomes rather than a list and number of projects delivered; With understanding of DTS Business Management and allocation approaches, provide transparency of DTS costs to KCP LAO business leadership; Bring in relentless leadership in cost reduction and total cost management - generate head room towards fueling investments to drive Kimberly-Clark growth enablement.
  • Capabilities and Digital leader: With a strong focus on digital transformation, customer obsession and deep expertise in data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, Agile, UX, APIs, platforms, Automation, act as a key change partner to the KCP LAO by (1) Contributing/enabling digital - physical channel shifts, (2) Bringing superior Customer experience, (3) Enabling data driven / algorithm enabled organization, (4) Driving frictionless journeys and automation, (5) Utilizing digital metrics that focus on outcomes of initiatives rather than checking the box on projects delivered, and (6) Enabling right focus through a value-centric approach.
  • Function as a partner and trusted advisor to the KCP LAO leadership team and serve as a contributor to the deployment and realization of the overall KCP LAO Strategic Business Plan.
  • Assure secure, compliant, stable operations in technologies enabling KCP LAO businesses.
  • In partnership with KCP LAO business leadership, define strategy, roadmap for KCP LAO technology, information, data and digital technologies.
  • Drive innovative solutions to support the growth, efficiency, agility of KCP LAO business and the productivity and collaboration of KCP LAO employees.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.
  • Executive Communication: Engage and motivate stakeholder and delivery teams with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree is recommended with minimum 7 years of IT experience or relevant functional business and process expertise appropriate to the role. ITS experience might be waived if Business experience is strong and person can demonstrate a strong knowledge of IT
  • Experience building and communicating future business plans and capabilities along with being able to provide insights into the technologies required for delivery
  • Implementation experience with technologies like SFDC Platform for B2B sales ecosystem, SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service cloud, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Magento Commerce or SFDC Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with implementation of SAP ECC or S4 is a plus
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the Kimberly-Clark organization including suppliers, partners and customers
