Process Engineer Student Worker

Student Engineers conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, voltage on electronic components. Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and qualification of test equipment, sustaining engineering, driving continuous improvement in the module ( Equipment ) and new technology introduction to Costa Rica Laboratory. CSI's include module safety, quality (yield and defects per million) and output.

Qualifications

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must be an active student of electrical, electronical, mechanical, electromechanical or industrial maintenance engineering.
  • Must have at least 50% of the career program completed
  • Intermediate English Level
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.

  • Basic statistical knowledge
  • Basic problem solving behaviors
