What are we looking for : A professional who will guarantee that the recruitment and selection process is completed in a timely manner while attracting the best talent to the organization. Ensure the improvement of the area’s processes, and achieving indicators for the CoPa region.

Main Functions :

  • Supervise the complete recruitment and selection process for Costa Rica, Panama, and the Caribbean.
  • Ensure timely staffing for the different company positions in every level, including management and regional roles.
  • Manage the company’s internal recruitment process ensuring the opening of opportunities for internal talent.
  • Carry out timely follow-up and ensure the fulfillment of the department KPI’s.
  • Ensure compliance with the auditing requirements applicable to the department.
  • Carrying out improvement projects for the recruitment and selection process, such as intern programs, diversity and inclusion, and SLA improvements, among others.
  • Watching over the corporate induction process for new collaborators.
  • Participate and lead regional recruitment and selection projects.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Human Resources, psychology, business administration, or related.
  • 2+ years of experience in the complete recruitment and talent selection process at every level (regional, management, operative) in multinational companies.
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Success Factor knowledge (desirable).
  • Experience leading and managing people.
  • B1 driver’s license (desirable)
