Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

• Booking Tax Coding, Review expense report, Customer Services, Global Controls execution and monitoring, Support employees and corporate cards payments process, Support T&E internal and external audits, Concur management.
• Corporate card and purchasing card administration.
• Processes related to Travel and Expenses (Review expense report, support employees and corporate cards payments process, complete P2P team month-end closing tasks).
• Processes related to Vendor Master team (Resolution of request, be following SLAs, support to requesters, query resolution).
• T&E and Vendor Master Data Controls execution and Monitoring.
• Reconciliation account processes.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

• Advance university student in Finance or Accounting careers.
• SAP system.
• Advanced level Excel.
• Intermediate level English.

Preferred Qualifications : However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

• Knowledge in Travel and Expenses and/or T&E and Vendor Master Data processes.
• Concur, Fiori and ServiceNow System.
