In this position your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

  • Develop and sustain such processes as: component attach, underfill lid attach, laser mark in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • Plans and implements operational improvements to maximize output while improving the safety yields and quality of operations.
  • As module owner conducts tests and measurements of their operations to determine control over critical success indicators and parameters of the process line.
  • Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products.
  • Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
  • Exercise independent judgement and discretion by making recommendations and adjusting tools and processes reactively when something has changed on the line or proactively in order to maximize output.
  • Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
  • Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the skills to work under limited supervision.
  • Ease to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated team work and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemistry, Computer Engineering or related.
  • 3+ years of experience on a High-Volume Manufacturing environment and experience on Problem Solving Methodologies.
  • Intermediate English Level. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data analysis knowledge (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others).
  • Knowledge of thermal dispensing and high precision pick place equipment in Assembly production lines.
  • LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge.
