If you are interested in joining a company with modern facilities and a team environment, click on the “Apply” button to get started! - Enhance, create and audit material via methodology and framework (i.e. can work with others for it to happen but lead the charge of this) - Identify content/ tool gaps, opportunities for best practice and training improvement maps across organization - Support raising the bar of content and tools across the organization - Lead, manage and develop team members to ensure optimization of performance and growth - Lead and Assist with learning and development of in-house learning modules - Help in establishing, direct, and maintain a learning management system (Workday Learning) that ensures effective learning outcomes and return on investment - Help implement innovative learning and technology across the company - Ensure team (and self) participates and builds skills in Global Train-the-Trainer sessions and that the team supports and influences the direction of training globally. - Work in partnership with management to determine training needs and assist in the development of the organization’s learning process - Develop direct reports to understand, buy-in and influence vision of learning and implement the vision via transforming materials, exercises and approach to learning (when appropriate) - Coach and support team in following methodology and standards set by global training. - Monitor training programs and materials to ensure they are effective and up to date - Helps identify report and influence key learning metrics across the organization. - Lead, manage and develop team members to ensure optimization of performance and growth - Oversee training rollouts for new clients as part of their on-boarding process - Develop learning strategy and set direction for team and offices/regions they work in. - Influence, build and contribute to the training fulfillment for our client - Interface with global training team to support, build and enhance best practices in training. - Ensure compliance with Training and related QAPs - Maintain and update the Quality plan in adherence to the BMS. - Interact positively with members of all seniority across the business to help problem solve and foster our culture in a fast-paced environment. - Continuous learning about new and different software and innovate while collaborating with others. - Work with the global training team to help enhance their capabilities, champion best practices and support functional trainers as part of our vision of training as a Center of Excellence. - Convert instructor-led training workshop content into engaging and interactive courses. - Assist stakeholders and requesters in analyzing training needs, identifying learning solutions, and developing content. - Facilitate working sessions and/or focus groups to gather insights, feedback and solutions. Partner to provide recommendations on training solutions. - Analysis on current material and recommend enhancements and solutions to meet the desired performance objectives/gaps. - Develop and implement new training methodologies, procedures, and materials. - Assist the Manager, Learning and Development in completing file and performance reviews and conduct training and coaching - Attend to meetings with clients and/ or any other staff member. - Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees - Other duties as assigned
