Know someone at Stryker? : The Manager of CCI Audit plays a critical role in ensuring that the Global IT organization is in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and relevant frameworks. This role leads the implementation and expansion of the CCI Audit program to achieve the audit objectives and goals of the Global IT organization. The Manager of CCI Audit manages the auditing team and provides leadership in the assessment of effective Global IT processes, systems, and controls.

  • Develops and manages the CCI Internal Audit program and operational staff
  • Ensures the CCI Internal Audit program aligns with ISO Standards 9001, 20000, and 27001 and relevant frameworks.
  • Facilitates and drives audit direction to support audit objectives and goals for the Global IT organization.
  • Advises staff to ensure Auditor recommendations to address findings meet standards and regulations and pragmatic in approach.
  • Fosters a positive employee relations environment by promoting open communication, engagement, and development of team members.
  • Ensures key performance indicators (KPI’s) and/or process metrics are appropriate and effective to measure process performance. Evaluates data trends to ensure root causes of negative trends are identified and related process improvements are implemented.
  • Continuously monitors changes in ISO standards and regulatory requirements and adjusts operational activities related to the program as needed.
  • Develops or redesigns IT Policies and/or Procedures and/or training programs and materials as they relate to audit functions;
  • Provides guidance and consultation to the Global IT organization around relevant ISO standards and applicable regulations as needed
  • Implement training and awareness programs to enhance employee performance in external audits.
  • May lead and/or assists in ISO certification audits and/or the planning of

Education & special trainings :

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Qualifications & experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., Life Sciences, Medical Device) in an auditing capacity
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Working knowledge of industry standard frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001/27001/20000)
  • Understanding of 21 CFR 820
