ATR GL Account Analyst

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Management. • Desired: CPA, CMA, or Certified Financial preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English (C1+) • Min 5+ years’ experience in SSC accounting processes • Good knowledge and experience in SAP • Experience with local finance and service providers toward timely and quality deliverables • USGAAP Experienced • Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, U.S. GAAP, etc) is a plus • High attention to details and good analytical and conceptual skills, good communication skills (verbally and in writing) and positive attitude to learn diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others • Resilience to work in an ambiguous environment • Team Orientated – Proven ability to work in a team environment, possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture cross-functional teams and relationships both within, and outside of the centered function. • Results Oriented – demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors to develop appropriate solutions in a proactive, timely and cost-effective manner. • People Oriented – respect for others, tactfully assertive, works well with a culturally diverse climate, sets and achieves goals
