We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Talent Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Mentoring junior resources.
• HRSS - Process all onboarding documents.
• Gather data and prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Qlik, or other data analytics/visualization tools
• Support of HR cyclical processes including talent management, Engagement Survey, affirmative action and diversity reporting, and various other projects/ad-hoc requests
• Partner with internal HR teams: Talent Management, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensations, Payroll, Recruiting, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
• Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the job evaluation process
• Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting per HRBP requests
• Through analysis, proactively identifies and implements opportunities to improve the customer (employee) experience through changes in protocols internally and through vendors
• Leads internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
• Prompt research of escalated cases to bring to fast resolution

Preferred experience:

• 4 to 10 Yrs
• Advanced English
