QA Test Engineer

We are currently seeking a QA Test Engineer to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).- Understands various back-end and front-end architecture components required to formulate test strategies

• Performs manual and exploratory testing

• Performs defect reporting and triaging

• Participates in sprint-level, integration and regression test planning and execution

• Analyzes failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors

• Able to provide in-depth analysis to resolve technical issues, anticipate risks and ensure timely management escalation

• Work with stakeholders to plan, estimate & implement test strategies

• Qualifications : Must have :

• 3-5 years of experience of Develop manual test scripts and test scenarios

• Hands on experience with Mobile testing of Native Apps and Mobile Web Apps

• Firm knowledge on JIRA, Confluence for project management and defect management

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

• Have exposure to cloud automation tools such as Browser stack for execution

• Experience with SQL and Database/backend testing

• Nice to have :

• Have 3+ years of experience in functional and regression testing

• Experience in IoT environment

• Rest assured API testing using Postman

• Azure knowledge & experience is a plus

• Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary
