Compensation Analyst

Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role provides key analytical support to the Total Rewards team on compensation projects including base pay, incentives, total rewards, survey participation, benchmarking, job evaluations, and market pricing jobs.

Responsibilities : This role will :

  • Evaluate, level, and determine market value for new and existing roles, and maintaining the job leveling and salary structure.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the integrity and validity of reported data.
  • Assist with remuneration survey submissions and administration.
  • Prepare and present job analysis and compensation analysis summary reports.
  • Proactively make actionable recommendations based on market trend and survey analysis.
  • Maintain the Rewards SharePoint and control access to rewards-related collateral and tools.
  • Conduct data and cost analysis to be used for budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Make data-driven recommendations on updates to reward programs and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support total rewards projects.
  • Assist with the year-end compensation process.
  • Advise on preferred approaches to determine rewards for hiring, promoting, and retaining employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of compensation experience required
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
