Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We are looking for you as our Senior Expert Manager for User Experience and User Interface to work on software and platforms designs that meet Western Union customer needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. Some other responsibilities include gathering user requirements, assisting the concept design and implementation, designing graphic elements and building navigation components like menus, tabs, and widgets, illustrating ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, among other related projects to support regional initiatives.

Ultimately, you’ll provide product usability, evaluation, and support to our product development teams to create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer platforms interactions. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems.
