We are recruiting for a Jr. Front End Web Developer to join our Digital Operations team that will build and support digital experiences for Latam.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Participate in daily scrum calls as part of an agile team
- Partner closely with the user experience team to understand their vision, project requirements, and business needs
- Use your knowledge of digital best practices and basic web development principles to deliver great customer experiences
- Make updates to existing websites for content changes or to resolve issues using the corporate Content Management System (CMS)
- Create new web pages following design specifications using existing components to publish content
- Stay updated on latest CMS components and functionality
- Capable of making some coding/display adjustments as necessary to existing components when the default behaviour doesn’t meet project requirements
Qualification and Experiences :
- Some experience developing or making changes to website markup: HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Some understanding of core web technologies and principles: HTTP, DOM, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, etc.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Fluent English is a must (60 - 90%)
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on process and execution
