Functional Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of two in the execution of automation initiatives within the finance organization
  • Translate business requirements into an optimal automation solution, with mínimal supervision
  • Lead the documentation business and technical requirements for RPA and other Automation solutions (Power Platform: Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Review existing automation solutions to incorporate best practices to optimize their performance
  • Understand bugs in automation solutions and provide efficient solutions to stakeholders
  • Maintain data models and dashboards to track automation KPIs monitoring the impact on the greater Finance organization
  • Provide automation advisory/consultancy/training to team members and business stakeholders
  • Deliver on a multi-year SOX automation control roadmap

Scope / Supervision and Interaction :

  • Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, raises concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities; Relies on management for key decision making
  • Receives new assignments from manager / senior team members to execute
  • Deliverables are reviewed by manager / senior team members
  • Builds productive team and business stakeholder working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating

» 5+ years of automation experience in FP&A, business intelligence, or other relevant field

  • Proficiency in Automation Anywhere required, additional automation tool knowledge a plus (Blue Prism)
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics or other quantitative/technology field
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, or other relevant automation tool
  • Proven experience in scripting languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python) is a plus
  • Proven experience working with relational or multidimensional databases (e.g. AWS, SQL, Hyperion) is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely supportable decisions
