Job Description : Position Summary

General Job Responsibilities

  • Address customer’s technical requests, issues or complaints (via all communication channels).
  • In case of escalation, create and forward case to Solutions Group (Level II)
  • Give answers to known post/pre sales technical issues
  • Aid with internal knowledge base library accuracy.
  • Provide support using available remote support tools if requested.
  • Escalate serious complaints according BT complaint process
  • Attend internal training.
  • Perform other functions related to the position.
  • Collect log files and configuration files
  • Forward non-tech support issue to related department.
  • Active contribution for product improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Student of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Networking knowledge is a plus
  • Operating systems Installation and setup knowledge is a plus
  • English level B2+
  • Hands-on problem solver
