Position Summary

The A, A & S Specialist is part of the project team responsible for supporting corporate finance senior leadership's projects involving SSC operation to meet the company's year goals. There are 3 main branches in which all different projects and requests will be focused on: Reporting (Both Ad-Hoc and Structured Reports of different types of sources for: Data Analytics, Finance Analysis and Status Dashboards), Performance Indicators (quality, KPI's and other metrics calculations) and Operation Troubleshooting (Provide support in the different initiatives that the operation uses and requires assistance).

Primary Responsibilities / Major Accountabilities

• Provide visibility of the operation with different kinds of metrics to senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve excellent customer service at a department level to our internal and external customers.
• Presenting and explaining project solutions, decisions and justifications in walkthrough sessions with stakeholders, developers and IT representatives.
• Solve day to day operation issues, focused in continuously improving SSC reporting tools.
• Compile reports: Query data from database systems or otherwise pull information from various sources to create pre-defined reports. Recommend and implement improvements of moderate complexity to existing reports.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven and demonstrable experience; in finance/accounting related activities.
• Ability to work under pressure & multitask.
• Ability to research issues and offer solutions to problems.
• Ability to perform technical tasks and functions.
• Reporting Expertise
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, VBA Developer, PowerBI and others.
• Experience with OneStream, Syteline, SAP, Oracle, and Baan LN... other ERP systems a plus.
• Years of experience required: 2 - 3 yearsworking in the SSC industry with finance/accounting background.
• Technical or Post-Secondary diploma in Business Management, accounting economics or related.
