Project Manager III

As our Project Manager III, you will be responsible for lo support the Global Project Manager managing multiple projects while focusing on process development and process validation and verification to help ATL provide the highest quality to our clients.

What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and objectives.
  • Responsible for clear, concise, accurate, and effective communication to all parties within the project scope, including both internal and external clients.
  • Planning, management, and execution of assigned projects in accordance with agreed-upon milestones and budgets.
  • Responsible for scope management, coordinating the work of team members, identifying potential risks, and managing risks (technical and commercial), developing project schedules, reviewing plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Ensures that project objectives and expectations are clearly defined and documented, and well understood between the client and ATL.
  • Ensures that deliverables are properly reviewed and ready before providing them to the client, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that the client maintains a continuous perception of ATL's excellence in capabilities and products.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders of the company.

What we expect from you :

  • English B2+ is a must.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Desirable experience in the Medical Industry.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or 4 to 6 years in similar positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's in project management is a plus.
  • Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, Leadership, or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
