Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English (C1+) • Min 3+ years’ experience in OTC processes with a successful track record in a managing a team/ Leading • Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels • Good knowledge and experience in SAP Professional Cash Applications Qualification desirable • Experience leading an AR process stream within an SSC environment • Experience coordinating interdependent teams within Finance and service providers toward timely and quality deliverables • Team Orientated – Proven ability to work in a team environment, possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture cross-functional teams and relationships both within, and outside of the centered function. • Results Oriented – demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors to develop appropriate solutions in a proactive, timely and cost-effective manner. • People Oriented – respect for others, tactfully assertive, works well with a culturally diverse climate, sets and achieves goals
