What you will do : The Digital Cybersecurity Engineering analyst is responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud-based systems and services. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect Stryker’s cloud infrastructure from potential threats.

  • Ensure our cloud environments comply with industry-standard security benchmarks
  • Support the regulatory compliance initiatives, processes, and documentation for ISO 27001, SOC2.
  • Develop scripts and automation to scale and accelerate the implementation and audit of security configurations, risks, and assessments.
  • Reviewing new technologies and products for security implications
  • Design, develop and implement new cloud security technologies to address security concerns
  • Monitor and analyze system logs for unusual activities.
  • Use cloud security tools to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the change management process and ensure security standards are addressed during system upgrades or changes.
  • Research and advice on new and emerging security threats and technologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on cloud security best practices.

What you need :

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced university student in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and their related security features.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security architecture principles, secure network design, identity, and access management (IAM), encryption, and data protection techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) guidelines.
  • Experience with cloud security tools and SDLC security processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while also being a team player.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cloud security.
