• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting • Management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Min 5+ years’ experience in OTC processes with a successful track record in a managing a team/ Leading • Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels • Good knowledge and experience in SAP • Experience in managing small and large groups of people • Lean/Six Sigma Methodology understanding and usage • Very good English skills (C1+) • Very good knowledge of Excel (Pivots/Macros/XLookUps) • Excellent and strong analytical • Strong relationship and business partnering skills including VP’s, CFO etc. • Very good organization and delegation skills • Strategic thinking • Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making • Strong Microsoft Office product skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint • Ability to keep information strictly confidential
