Job Description :

  • Supports the development and delivery of our Mobility Services Platform (test plan, test cases, mapping documents, reports, etc.)
  • Proficient in testing of APIs and Web frontends
  • Oversee the daily performance of systems and monitor helpdesk ticketing system, provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance
  • Refer major hardware or software problems to vendors or technicians for service
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Performs independent verification and validation for assigned projects
  • Review and analyze technical artifacts and report findings
  • May perform other duties & projects as assigned

Qualifications : Experience :

  • Software Development fundamentals
  • Deployment experience with Telephony system such as Avaya, CIC, Genesys, Google, Amazon, Asterisk etc.
  • Experience in Virtual server environments
  • Experience in Cloud environments
  • Experience in Monitoring network performance and providing stability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional Analytical skills
  • Experience in ITIL Incident Management process

Education : Required : Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics/IT or comparable

Languages : Required : English-written and verbal

Preferred : Fluent in German plus English-written and verbal; Fluent in Spanish plus English-written and verbal
