We make moving money so easy, that any company in the world can grow with confidence As an accreditation specialist you will investigate and analyze new customer accounts to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. After gathering all required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursuit or to terminate business relationship with them. Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have: - Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English - Attention to detail - Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal, targets - The ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment - Flexibility and capability to work and prioritize effectively under stress, time management skills - Client centric Responsibilities will also include execution of more complex tasks, issues or escalated cases. Act as an escalation point for related issues or if required escalate issues to a higher level and internal or external business partners. High school degree required, college degree or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal, written and listening skills. Fluency in English is required. 1-3 years of customer service experience with at least 1 year in the WUBS OLS Associate role. Strong ability to multi-task and take fast decisions independently. Ability to navigate within lots of systems at the same time. May require shift work.
