What This Job Involves : We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Work Order Coordinator, who will work with our customers, to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the coordination, communication and management of Work Orders.
Detailed Responsibilities : 1. Work Order Management : Handle and process work orders, from initiation to completion. This includes tracking the progress of each work order and ensuring timely completion. 2. Coordination : Coordinate with different departments, vendors, and contractors to facilitate the execution of work orders with the on-site Facilities Management Team. 3. Communication : Act as a point of contact for all work order-related queries. This involves communicating effectively with all stakeholders, like team members, vendors, and contractors. 4. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including their status, expenses, and completion dates. 5. Problem-solving : Address issues and delays in work order completion and implement solutions to prevent similar challenges in the future. 6. Reporting : Monitor and report on the status of work orders, providing regular updates to the facilities management team.

Qualifications : 1+ years of experience with work orders, ticketing systems, or similar. Advanced English level.
