What you will do : The Accounting Analyst is responsible for daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, month-end close activities, account reconciliations analysis, and other accounting-related activities under CRFC scope. The position will report to the General Accounting Supervisor.

• Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities.
• Investigate and resolve unsupported balances.
• Provide support to business on request related to journal/recon backups.
• Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses.
• Financial Statement analysis.
• Prepare journal entries calculations.
• Perform month-end closing process and any request as necessary
• Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP.
• Performs other related work to the accounting cycle.

What you need :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• MS Office Suite (Intermediate excel level (pivot table, formulas, charts))
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. (B2)
• SAP, Oracle or QAD systems knowledge is a big plus
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a finance/accounting function with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
• Versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, a good communicator and collaborator
• Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
• Computer or technical knowledge
