About the job Sr SFDC Developer Consultant : Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom configurations and 3rd party integrations.
- Lead Omni Channel implementations from end to end.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide estimates for project deliverables based on requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with complex 3rd party integrations.
- Omni Channel implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Comfortable using task management software (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, etc).
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being client-facing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level.

- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
