Job Title: Manager II WFM

Job Description : Incumbent responsible for managing End to end WFM delivery, must of Team management experience in large operations for multinational operation locations. WFM delivery, Financial planning knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the process of action and strategic planning that establishes annual goals and objectives for an organization;
• Manage the team of representatives and analysts providing monthly coaching and feedback;
• Participate in monthly meeting with customers;
• Be in charge of forecasting, capacity planning, real-time, analysis and reporting processes;
• Ensure the accuracy of all WFM processes
• Directly manage WFM, Client KPIs and Financial performance in one place across different verticals
• Provide BI and analytics for business purposes
• Be a POC for customers and partners
• Stakeholder management
• Monitor revenue and cost for the process

Requirements :

• Financial planning knowledge is mandatory
• Strong ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
• Strong data analysis
• Bachelor Degree (preferred) or High school diploma (required)
• Excel Knowledge
• Experiences as in WorkForce Tasks
• 1 year of experience in WFM
• IEX Certification (as a plus)
• Advance English proficiency (B2)
