  • Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client specific solutions.
  • Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with mínimal supervision.
  • Leverages TD executives for support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Proactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability
  • Makes adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives
  • Identify appropriate opportunity to sell TD full portfolio of products and services
  • Develops strategic business plans, and effectively present to TD management.
  • Provides regional level direction in the absence of the manager
  • On a daily basis provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc
  • Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers
  • Assists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues
  • Helping resellers get best pricing / deals through alliance with internal TD departments; informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forming relationships; providing proactive business solutions
  • Requires high level of interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Identifies, develops, and implements business opportunities through customer facing activities
  • Demonstrates detailed account knowledge
  • Creates business plans to uncover new opportunities, and increase Tech Data's sales and profits
  • Represents Tech Data professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departments
  • Represents Tech Data at business partner events
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards
