Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing software solutions by understanding information needs of the Medical Solutions Division business.
  • Advocating and enhancing the Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Determining operational feasibility of solution designs by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Provide reporting for Compliance department
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries for ongoing compliance requirements
  • Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions for compliance needs, according to business requirements
  • Modify, maintain and develop PL/SQL codes for compliance requirements which involve cursors, functions, procedures triggers and collections.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
  • Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements
  • Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
  • Hands on development using PL/SQL.
  • Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
  • Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business or related field (completed and verified prior to start).
  • 5 years experience with PL/SQL development
  • 5 years experience with Java development
  • Understand various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines).
  • _ Stron g communication, facilitation and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences.
  • Experience with Oracle DB and PL/SQL.
  • Strong experience in integration components such as web services, frameworks etc.
  • Experience using J2EE, XML, Java, JSP etc.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, CSS, HTML5 etc.
  • Familiar with various IT and PM tools - JIRA, RTC etc.
  • Healthcare Order to Cash experience (preferred)
  • Agile methodologies
  • ITIL certified (preferred)
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
  • UI/UX Design and Development.
  • Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Data Analysis,.NET, Content Management Systems and Engineering.
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI/CD.
