This team is offering plenty of career development opportunities in our fast-paced high-tech environment. Our team owns multiple processes supporting Deal Management Teams on a global scale. We are closely partnering with Renewal and Deal Managers, focusing on preparation of the initial pricing for the upcoming opportunities by verification of Customer's existing agreements, as well as creating new agreements and reviewing opportunities to ensure data accuracy on various stages of the deal cycle. Each team member's attention to process and focus on quality impacts the efficiency of our Net New, Add-ons and Renewals support to the Sales Organization. About the Role Our Junior Deal Managers work in a collaborative environment while being resourceful, independent self-starters and are driven by continuous learning opportunities. To be successful in this role, experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Service or Sales will be highly advantageous with having outstanding attention to detail. What You’ll Learn & Achieve - Build relationships within a globally distributed Deals Management Teams, - Review Customer Quotes, Orders and Agreements, identifying discrepancies and non-standard terms, - Daily processing of incoming tasks, workbook calculations, quoting and order packages with speed and accuracy, - Knowledge and/or ability to learn or deepen knowledge of different financial and operational programs such as: , Microsoft Excel, Apttus, - Provide input to improve processes and team efficiency, - Partner with senior workmates in various roles to maintain the extended perspective on the area of expertise and improve the awareness of the wider organization. About You Basic qualifications - 0 -2 years related or adjacent work experience - Sales Operations, Data Processing, Deal Desk, Customer Service, - Thrives in both written and verbal communication, can communicate at all levels, including English, - High level of attention to detail and analytical skills, - Ability to maintain perspective and prioritize effectively when tasks are numerous and deadlines are short, - Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output, team oriented, practical environment, - Basic knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Other qualifications - Awareness of quote to cash process - Able to work independently, making decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities, willing to stand by decisions even when challenged, - Willing to expand job responsibilities, open to suggest improvements and collaborate with others to generate ideas and enhance processes, - Curious to diversify your skills and get involved in other aspects of Sales Operations in our team-focused environment, - Familiarity with is a plus.
