HR Conference Producer

HRO Today, the orchestrator of renowned North American, EMEA, and APAC Forums that bring HR leaders and professionals together, is seeking a Conference Producer. We offer diverse event formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid, along with our signature Educational Conference Series. Our goal is to facilitate learning and networking events that focus on key individual areas of talent management.

We are looking for a conference producer that will choose the session topics and recruit speakers for our HR events.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research on competitive events for relevant topics and speakers
• Engage in phone research with senior-level HR executives to identify need-to-know and cutting-edge conference sessions
• Invite and secure senior-level industry HR executives to speak at our events
• Develop conference programs and agendas
• Brief marketing and sales on event details and strategies
• Collect bios, pictures, and registration information from speakers
• Collaborate with marketing to construct the conference agenda and website
• Travel to assist in the execution of events

Requirements :

• High level of English proficiency, with a minimum of B1-C2 levels (verbal and written communication skills)
• A minimum of 2 years of business experience
• Positive, solution-focused, and self-motivated attitude
• Proven research and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven business environment
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and influencing skills
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
