Billing Analyst Senior

The Billing Senior Analyst performs daily activities in billing including updating customer profiles, creating and distributing invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing. Prepare Billing reconciliations, generate billing reports and monitor the accounts receivables of the company.

What you’ll do :

• Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
• Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing
• Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing
• Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments
• Performs other related work as assigned by management

What experience do you need :

• Advanced English Level (B2 or C1)
• 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment
• 2-4 years excel experience
• Technical degree or at least 2 years of university studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
