In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. You will work with your colleagues to provide appropriate information to meet our partners needs while supporting company directives to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability.

What You'll Do :

  • Formulate account plans
  • Note account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain business
  • Engage with partners for quotes/orders and ensure that team enters those quotes/orders successfully
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth
  • Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product information
  • Build influential relationships with our vendor partners and resellers
  • Help resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize the profit for both TD SYNNEX and our partners
  • Identify and develop business opportunities
  • Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEX's sales and profits
  • Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma/GED (Bachillerato en Educación Media) required plus 3 years relevant experience or 2 Year Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
  • 100% proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required

Other Education / Certifications :

  • 4+ Years degree with Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Call center or Telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
  • Demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Possess solid business sense and the ability to profile likely business and technology decision makers.
  • Professional and polished communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
