Shipping & Receiving Clerk I

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Support kitting and dispatch materials process as per production planning requirements. Support receiving incoming materials. Support finish good shipments packaging and miscellaneous shipping task. Assist in all material and container movement between warehouse areas. Any other activity related with material logistic movements and process. Support cycle count process. Support to other Supply Chain areas. Assit in movements of hazardous materials.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
  • Support receiving of incoming raw material, Mros, and miscellaneous material.
  • Physical goods receiving, packaging and labeling.
  • Stack material on racks based on: size, style, color, dimension, value stream.
  • Assit material and containers storing and movement between warehouse areas or other site selected as per company needs.
  • Support work order kitting based on work order production planning process.
  • Dispatches components to production floor when needed.
  • Support finish good shipment packaging and miscellaneous shipments based on shipment schedules.
  • Assit inventory transactions posting in SAP for the transfer and adjustment of inventory.
  • Assit cycle count process.
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for people traffic and efficiency.
  • Other activities related to material logistic movements and processes as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Degree required.

Experience/Background

  • 1 years of previous warehouse experience.
  • Have good aptitude, good vision, and capable of accurately utilizing detailed measurement instruments such as a scale.
  • Must have the capacity to calculate, coordinate, detect, evaluate, and collect detailed information.
  • Theory test for driving approved for COSEVI.
  • Experience with hydraulic jacks, digital scales, and other warehouse equipment.

Language Proficiency

  • Must be able to follow Spanish written procedures

Preferred Qualifications & Education

  • Category B1 and D3 license.
  • Basic English preferred.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in a warehouse role in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
  • Prior knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations.
  • Knowledge of and previous experience in SAP.
