Supports and manages the coordination of material collection for the marketing activities purchased by TD SYNNEX' Vendor Partners. Notifies and gathers the necessary marketing information needed in order to execute Business Partner participation within marketing activities, programs and campaigns for the Marketing Services Department. Ensures client/stakeholder satisfaction.

Notifies respective internal clients/vendor partners of deadlines and upcoming activities.

Monitors assigned marketing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Reconciles assigned jobs as well as provides updates in a tracking database. Tracks and understands budgets, discretionary funds, and travel funds for marketing programs and campaigns.

Ensures marketing material submissions meet the ad or market requirements, then routes to appropriate Marketing Services Department teams.

Collaborates with the necessary Marketing Services Department teams when needed which includes coordinating meetings.

Monitors marketing inventory and vendor partner marketing activity slotting. Responsible for all marketing activity proof of performance.

Opens, closes and reconciles assigned jobs as well as provide updates for financial forecasts.

Works with COOP accounting to ensure timely billing of vendor priors and pulls the necessary reports from internal database. Utilizes and manipulates data in the MSO database (Navigator) to ensure the accuracy of the business partners' marketing activities, slotting, and prior management.

Serves as a liaison with internal clients/Marketing Services.

Requirements : Degree in position discipline preferred. Agency and corporate marketing experience preferred.

At least one year of relevant experience.

Able to perform the necessary skills with MSO databases relating to job performance and tracking.

Excel (intermediate or higher)

English is preferred but not mandatory.
