Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo de los equipos electromecánicos de los edificios.

El supervisor controlará la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento (contratistas y personal interno); coordinando y supervisando el buen funcionamiento de los equipos/instalaciones, de acuerdo al cronograma previamente establecido.

Responsabilidades : Supervisar los trabajos de los contratistas, verificando que los servicios prestados cumplan con las normativas establecidas. Planificar, coordinar y controlar el mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo de los equipos e instalaciones. Garantizar que los equipos de la operación funcionen de forma correcta. Elaborar pedidos de materiales y repuestos para el mantenimiento de los equipos e instalaciones. Manejar el personal de mantenimiento

Requisitos : Carrera técnica o bachiller en Electromecánica o similares. 2+ años como técnico de mantenimiento (deseable)
