Cash Application Clerk (Hybrid)

Review daily incoming bank statement, for lockbox, credit card, ACH, and wire activity

• Collaborate with the daily reconciliations of receipts

• Collaborate to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

• Support intercompany payments received within daily receipts

• Collaborate with other Invoice to Cash teams to help resolve differences and improve processes

• Maintains documentation to support A/R transactions and facilitate the efficient review and audit of books and records

• Comply with all internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial records

• Performs other related work as assigned by management Education & special trainings :

• Technical or Associates Degree (2-year degree) in accounting is a plus

• MS Office Suite

• Fluent spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus

• Oracle and SAP systems knowledge are a big plus Qualifications & experience :

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems. Physical & mental requirements :

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task

• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively

• Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment

• Computer or technical knowledge
