Job Description : EITS (Experian Information Technology Services) organization is looking for an intelligent, career-minded, driven professional to support the Finance team in a role that combines Finance, Business Intelligence and problem solving. This role is dynamic, provides opportunity for development, and will give you exposure to the EITS Organization as well as the Costa Rica internal FP&A team.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting enterprise technology FP&A Function for Experian. Technology FP&A scope encompass both Op Ex and Cap Ex. The role requires producing monthly reports to senior leaders, coordination and consolidation financials for annual strategic planning and budget processes and providing ad hoc financial analysis.

This individual will collaborate with finance teams across Experian and must possess strong relationship management, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Produce monthly cost reporting pack within monthly reporting deadline.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis, identifying trend patterns, key drivers, and present concise findings suitable to senior management audience.
  • Co-ordinate collection of various reporting data sets (Op Ex, Cap Ex, Headcount, Cloud, Major Focus Areas, etc).
  • Champion digital finance utilizing corporate standard tools such Tableau / MINT for production of monthly cost reporting.
  • Enhance cost reporting by adding additional insights as instructed, including investigating supplementary data sources.
  • Partner with Group Finance and GFS (Malaysia) teams to address and data quality issues in reporting e.g., Hyperion / MINT.
  • Resolve actions and follow ups resulting from review of monthly cost.
  • Co-ordination and collection of technology costs for the annual Strategic Plan and Budget processes.
  • Support efforts required to co-ordinate with regional FP&A teams to produce the data extracts required for these processes.
  • Liaise with regional FP&A teams regarding multiyear cost trends.
  • Produce the reporting deck for Enterprise Technology costs for both Strategic Plan and Budget.
  • Maintain appropriate audit trails of reported number changes, especially late changes/adjustments not processed in financial systems.
  • Resolve actions and follow ups resulting from reviews with senior leaders.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to prepare and report non-standard or financial information as requested by senior management.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across financial reporting and analysis models.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes.

Qualifications : Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related discipline.
  • Master’s in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master’s degree considered as a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting processes.
  • Experience in financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Positive attitude, strong collaborative style, and work ethic with passion for learning in a flexible and changing environment.
  • Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness, preferably experience supporting other finance professionals.
  • Strong ability to work in system details as well as summarize and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget and forecast.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
