What you will do : Position summary: This role will report to Global Process Excellence Team

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Ensure the correct prioritization of the Automation Projects.
  • Ensure the planning, tracking and support of the projects in the Automation program.
  • Create documentation to guarantee the internal project standards.
  • Monitor, update, and report out the project plan weekly to Global PMO

Essential duties & responsibilities :

  • Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project
  • Deliver a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Lead process and technology implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital and expense budgets
  • Manage and report project progress
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project implementation
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to evaluate existing process layouts in terms of process integration, ensuring best utilization of floor space, minimized handling and optimum process flow
  • Participate in the selection, training and performance appraisal process of project resources, including temporary contract SME’s as required
  • Identify, monitor and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader team on common issues and resolutions
  • Internal alignment with the IS Governance.

What you need : Education & special trainings :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer or System Engineer or Business Administration.
  • PMP or PM (Certified) a plus
  • Agile Methodology (Certified) a plus
  • Green Belt a plus
  • Multiple ERP systems knowledge is a big plus

Qualifications & experience :

  • 5 years of relevant working experience in PMO in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in IT or Software projects, working as a project management figure.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations a plus
  • Experience managing projects (reviewing timelines, baselines, critical paths,)
  • Fluency in English required
  • Lifecycle understanding in Automation or software development.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table etc.)
  • Demonstration of effective leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to interact and influence senior management in both Finance and the business

Physical & mental requirements :

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites and MS Project.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
