HR Services Advisory Lead (9 Months Contract)

The HR Services Advisory Lead will drive the day-to-day operational Service Advisory Team within the Americas region. The post holder will be responsible for team management and development, resource planning and allocation and driving SLA, continuous improvement and case management compliance, and reporting back to the Head of HR Services Americas. The position will also be the first point of contact for regional escalations, complex queries, and Stakeholder Management. Key responsibilities :

  • Leads and develops a team of Service Advisors supporting the Americas countries to deliver end-to-end, timely, and quality HR advice to HR Teams, Managers, and employees.
  • Leads and develops the reporting analyst function to supply the business with critical business insights and focus on HR activity.
  • Drives the day-to-day performance of the Advisory team utilizing Service Now Dashboard, customer feedback, and other Reporting tools as introduced.
  • Motivates and develops the team including attendance, performance, and career development.
  • Works with Head of HR Services Americas to standardize the process and improve efficiencies within the team; also collaborating with the global process owner and relevant HR Communities.
  • Ensure Managers, employees, and the HR community are adequately informed on changes, performance, and processes.
  • Drive collaboration between HR Teams and Sites to manage issues and escalations.
  • Build continuous improvement, reducing waste and improving customer experience across Service Advisory.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as necessary and perform any other job duties.

Key requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience within an HR administration, WFA, Payroll, or HR shared services organization.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Advanced English language, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced German language, both written and verbal is a plus.
  • Strong administration skills, time management, and proactiveness.
