Job Title: Learning and Development Facilitator l

Job Description : Prepares, plans, schedules and coordinates all aspects of classroom/blended/virtual facilitation/training. Delivers trainings in a blended learning environment, on targeted topics such as leadership skills, new hire orientation and functional training using adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques. Collaborates with the implementation of key programs to support organizational development. Supports facilitation required for the Global L&D programs and implementations.

• Facilitate learning and development sessions across levels on a variety of professional development and leadership development topics
• Conduct learning need analysis, and recommend learning solutions
• Work as part of a highly-collaborative team, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables/ communication of learning programs
• Articulate the vision and value of the learning programs to internal audiences and clients
• Collect, organize and share content across the global community of practice
• Present data on the progress on the learning plans, quality of programs and business impact with respect to the assigned location
• Manage End to end program Management and Delivery
• Working closely with clients, account managers, and other consultants to communicate learning solutions and plans
• Partner with key identified individuals in the organization (ex. trainers, managers) who may support learning tactics in a facilitation role
• Support L&D Global Projects (Career Path and Sucession Planning)
• Other duties as assigned
