Master Data Supervisor

Responsible for establishing and execute the strategy for mater data transfer aligned with the projects timeline, in order to meet the project and quality system requirements. Ensure the correct transition of sustaining activities to engineering responsible.

Responsibilities : Responsible for team conformation and resources availability (SAP access, Agile, software as needed, etc). Participate in the quality plan creation to guarantee the master data transfer feasibility. Ensure training to team members on how to create ECNs related to master data requirements. Lead the mater data team in task execution according with project timeline and special requirements. Coordinate with other business teams (supply chain, finance, engineering, quality, marketing and others) to address and resolve master data issues in a timely manner. Reports creation as required, participation in meeting to give project progress status and set up necessities. Guaranty the accurate documentation translation and creation. Prioritize and follow up the ECN signature capture to meet expectations. Evaluate the resources.

Location : Costa Rica

Education : Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering or Science related. Certifications: N/A. Experience : 3 years in medical industry environment. People managing. Quality System Knowledge. ISO 13485. Capabilities: Knowledge in Agile, SAP. As needed by the Project. Ability to adapt to use new software. Proficient in MS Office / Excel, Project. Iniciative and proactivity. Excelent interpersonal relationships. Asertive comunication. Deliver results under presure. People managing. Work for KPI accomplishment.
