Know someone at Stryker? : Position summary: CRFC Account manager serves as the liaison between the Finance Shared Services teams and the business organizations (finance, customer care, procurement, manufacturing, among others). It is an account manager’s responsibility to address customers/stakeholders’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. He/she will act as project manager in key initiatives previously aligned between the CRFC and the business.

Essential duties & responsibilities: Responsibilities will evolve as this new function is established.

  • Act as program manager of the portfolio of initiatives agreed with the business, GPO and Finance One.
  • Responsible for consolidation and following up on issues/escalations. Ensure problem resolution, root cause analysis and communication are performed according to established protocols.
  • Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key internal stakeholders (business reviews, projects review, feedback sessions).
  • Connect CRFC teams with teams in the business (escalation matrix, contacts roster).
  • Run annual voice of customer survey and action plan definition.
  • Facilitate CRFC training efforts (to and from the business).
  • Lead conversations with the business on FTE needs and cost of services.
  • Actively participate in business process mapping and root cause analysis sessions.
  • Keep Connect CRFC page updated (join effort with TED).
  • Be a CRFC ambassador.

Education & special trainings:

  • Degree in Business / Eng./Economy/Accounting related career.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies (a plus).
  • Project Management knowledge.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Requirements: Native/Bilingual English +95%,
  • 8-10 years experience in Finance Shared Services
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.
  • Prepare and give presentations.
  • Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with top management (Sr. Directors levels and up)
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills
