Our Sales and Account Management teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.

About the Role : As Account Manager, you will build new relationships, and grow existing partnerships by acting as a strategic partner for our CPG clients crafting strategic initiatives, and innovative sales strategies). In addition, you will leverage our networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and run new CPGs strategies to achieve Uber Eats Caribbean Sales Goals.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding across grocery categories as the first point-of-contact for potential CPGs
  • Achieve business targets across current and new CPGs
  • Responsible for execution of all commercial agreements made with CPGs; including strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure the accurate execution and tracking of CPG agreements
  • Complete monthly and quarterly business reviews with CPG partners
  • Work with the multifunctional teams to have a better understanding of shopper marketing, trade fund budget availability, among others
  • Work with a multi-national ground of business and tech teams to lead, build and execute promotional campaigns and process catalogue insights on behalf of CPGs

Basic Qualifications :

  • Professional English and Spanish proficiency! (mandatory requirement)
  • 3+ YOE of Commercial experience working in commercial roles or organizations in the following fields: trade-marketing, brand advertising, online advertising (Ecommerce), account management or retail management
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables)
  • 3+ YOE in Commercial Pipelines & Funnels Management
  • Strong background of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Hands-on mentality: having ownership of processes, and being accountable
