  • As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process-
  • Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance-
  • Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.-
  • Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.-
  • Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.-
  • Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.-
  • Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.-
  • Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills-
  • Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.- Your Skills and Expertise- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.-
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills-
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests-
  • Flexible and detail oriented-
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Technical degree or higher from an accredited university-
  • Minimum of 1-year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service-
  • Experience with excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables-
  • Experience with Power BI, Access and Automation tools.-
  • Fluent in English (written / verbal)- Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service-
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets- Supporting Your Well-being
