Overview :

• Assumes responsibility for processing transactions pertaining to Vendor/Account specific Software Licensing programs at TD SYNNEX and directs response activities to optimize departmental bandwidth.
• Assigned to larger/strategic vendor accounts.
• Offers live support for all licensing questions, configures quotes, gathers appropriate documentation, follows up on quotes, and places orders.
• Acts on behalf of sales to enter and track licensing orders through the entire process.
• Acts in a lead role on team with emphasis on following up on issues and taking customer service to the next level.
• Supports Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors in facilitation of all Software Licensing Programs.
• Assumes full team/sales department-wide responsibility for supporting software licensing questions, order entry, as well as any issues/problems as a result. Files software licensing quotes/orders in order system. May assist with special pricing opportunities. Begin to gain an understanding of promos and rebates.
• Timely and appropriate escalation of customer issues.
• Staffs phones to achieve superior customer service levels.
• Supports/ensures licensing opportunities for sales/customers.
• Gathers all appropriate documentation needed to facilitate order.
• Logs licensing quotes and uses appropriate follow up procedure.
• Effectively utilizes corporate resources for optimum customer service.
• Acts as liaison to Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors to ensure shipment of product and proper billing to customer.
• Participates in vendor sponsored and corporate sponsored training specific to Licensing.
• Processes License Resend requests.
• Utilizes all corporate resources to resolve issues/ problems with orders.
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Meets attendance and punctuality standards

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Software Licensing role
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
