Job Summary Proactive, recurring consultation with key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of priorities, communication protocol and conflict management expectations Collaborate closely with key partners or work independently on administrative support functions for project teams and business units, including organizing schedules, meeting resources and materials Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items. Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements Support special projects and initiatives of varying complexity, learning new skills and researching multiple sources of information Manage onboarding and off boarding tasks for employees and business partners Provide tool and system support including managing permissions, troubleshooting user access issues and supporting data migration and consistency initiatives Support preparation and distribution of meeting and presentation materials Coordinate team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and social events) Support data and document integrity and quality goals through simple audits, report review and content assessment

Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree, Associates Degree or professional certification in business or equivalent experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED Knowledge of real estate Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field a plus Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access Positive, collaborative approach to adopting and adapting to new technology, processes and tools. Planning and Organizing -Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals and use resources effectively and efficiently Team Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal team and to establishing and maintaining effective relationships Time Management - Use time effectively and efficiently Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently Prioritization - able to prioritize multiple tasks for multiple individuals Written/Oral communications - Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely Attention to detail - Thorough and accurate in accomplishing a task Dealing with Ambiguity - Effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty Learning on the fly - Learn quickly when facing new problems and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks. Self-Starter - Able to start and complete projects independently
